We really do look at everything when we assess your office needs, whether it’s feasibility studies or building appraisals to help you decide how much space you need actually need.

We make the planning and design process as simple as possible and from our first visit, complete a full measurement survey of the area involved and discuss the specific requirements of your office space including crucial choices such as location, use, layout, appearance, filing and standardisation.

• Work Spaces – Open office / Team space / Cubicle / Private office / Shared office / Team room / Study booth / Work lounge / Touch down
• Meeting Spaces – Small meeting room / Large meeting room / Small meeting space / Large meeting space / Brainstorm room / Meeting point

• Growth – Planning for the future/ Current Headcounts /Projected Headcounts/ How many will need their own desk space/ Will any need their own office. Then If Building Regulation Approval is required, all drawings, engineering calculations and the specifications produced by us, are submitted with the relevant application forms to the Local Authority on your behalf.
