Lisaising with Local Authorities
In instances where Building Regulation Approval is required, all drawings, engineering calculations and specifications produced by ourselves, are submitted with the relevant application forms to the Local Authority on your behalf.
We respond to any queries that may be raised until the necessary approval is obtained. This is all done on your behalf so no need to worry.
The charge that we make for this service is a charge that includes all fees payable for Building Regulation Approval, so that all costs are up-front and there are not any surprises from the Council.
If speed is of the essence and you do not have time to wait for written approval from the Council, we can commence with the works provided we give the Local Authority the 72 hours statutory notice that they require.
With many years of experience dealing with Building Regulation approval we are very aware of the latest legislation in place and can advise before commencement of any works of the different aspects that will be required, such as Fire Escape Routes, Adequate Smoke Detection, Emergency Lighting, Fire Protection and Ventilation.

Your Project Manager will look at the legal requirements, accommodation standards, IT, staff and telecoms requirements that are involved in organising an office layout. We will liaise with Building Regulations and the Planning department if this is required. Before we give you a quotation, scaled designs and conceptual ideas will be submitted to you for approval and once a layout and specification has been agreed, we can look at putting together a quotation that reflects your budget and exact requirements.
By taking care of site surveys, on-site planning, 2D & 3D visuals, rendered drawings, generated video walkthroughs, design of bespoke products, we handle all aspects of the project so you don’t have to.
