With a Paradigm Project Manager dedicated to your office fit out from the start, workplace and building appraisals can be looked at to ensure your office space works for your business in terms of space and cost effectiveness. This will leave you free to carry on with your day to day job.

We also know your budget is extremely important and before you commit to anything, provide you with designs and conceptual ideas so you can see your ideas come to life and talk them through with an experienced advisor. Our aim is to combine your wish list with our expertise to make your new office interior a reality and somewhere your business continues to thrive from. Paradigm works closely with you through every step of the planning, design and installation process, giving you one point of contact and elevating the stress involved in office refurbishments.

Your Project Manager will look at the legal requirements, accommodation standards, IT, staff and telecoms requirements that are involved in organising an office layout. We will liaise with Building Regulations and the Planning department if this is required. Before we give you a quotation, scaled designs and conceptual ideas will be submitted to you for approval and once a layout and specification has been agreed, we can look at putting together a quotation that reflects your budget and exact requirements.

By taking care of site surveys, on-site planning, 2D & 3D visuals, rendered drawings, generated video walkthroughs, design of bespoke products, we handle all aspects of the project so you don’t have to. Your project manager is on hand until your new office has been completed, whether it’s a refit, refurbishment or relocation, we aim to create as little disruption as possible.
