Lorien – Office Refurbishment

Specialist technology recruitment consultancy and service provider Lorien engaged our services to provide a complete fit-out and refurbishment of their London office located in a prestigious period building situated in the centre of the City of London’s insurance district.

The works undertaken involved a holistic approach from flooring to decor and furniture along with the use of glass partitioning to create office spaces where required that benefit from the light, sound proofing and aesthetic sense of inclusion afforded by the medium. In addition, a large breakout area and kitchen facilities were created along with a reception area, board room, meeting rooms and an innovative use of space between the breakout area and the main office area whereby a corridor-like space was lined with office storage units and the centre occupied by a long table for dining and/or meeting purposes.
