E-Casks – Office Fit-Out

The project entailed the creation of office space and kitchen facilities in a converted barn building for beer cask distributor E-Casks at their premises in Ledbury, Herefordshire.

The process included the utilisation of a wide-range of services from the initial planning and design stage through to the full refit of the premises with particular attention paid to retaining some of the rustic features of the building’s original agricultural incarnation such as the roof beams and red brick walls.

The main body of the building was split into two areas, via the use of glass partitioning complete with branded manifestation, to create a meeting room at one end with the bulk of the space used as an open office with multiple workstations. A fitted kitchen was also installed in a side room.
