Andantex – Office Refurbishment

Andantex were seeking to further strengthen their position in the UK market with the addition of a new commercial unit to accommodate additional offices, production and storage facilities.

Following discussions with the client we were quickly able to progress from a blank canvass to a fully designed mezzanine building with offices on the first floor level. This comfortably accommodated work space, meeting rooms and a break out area, whilst also maximising the space below for warehousing and storage requirements.

With careful project management, including dealing with all of the necessary compliance issues, we ensured that Andantex were able to continue with their ‘day jobs’, while we got on with the job of providing a solution to exceed their expectations.
