Do I need to contact the Council or Planning Department?
Your Project Manager will look at the legal requirements, accommodation standards, IT, staff and telecoms requirements that are involved in organising an office layout. We will liaise with Building Regulations and the Planning department if this is required.
Before we give you a quotation, scaled designs and conceptual ideas will be submitted to you for approval and once a layout and specification has been agreed, we can look at putting together a quotation that reflects your budget and exact requirements.
By taking care of site surveys, on-site planning, 2D & 3D visuals, rendered drawings, generated video walkthroughs, design of bespoke products, we handle all aspects of the project so you don’t have to. Your project manager is on hand until your new office has been completed, whether its a refit, refurbishment or relocation, we aim to create as little disruption as possible.
