Is there a charge for this service?
The charge that we make for this service is a charge that includes all fees payable for Building Regulation Approval, so that all costs are up-front and there are not any surprises from the Council.
If speed is of the essence and you do not have time to wait for written approval from the Council, we can commence with the works provided we give the Local Authority the 72 hours statutory notice that they require.
